Kids and Parents classes

Make fitness a family effort with CIT Performance Institute.

Kids and Adult Classes at the Same Time

At CIT Performance Institute, we believe training should fit into family life, not compete with it. When your child takes part in any of our Kids MMA, Kids Boxing, or Kids Jiu Jitsu classes, you are able to train at the exact same time in our adult Strength and Conditioning sessions.

This means no more waiting around, no wasted hours, and no extra trips. You both train, improve, and leave stronger together.

A Smarter Way for Families to Train

By aligning kids classes with adult Strength and Conditioning sessions, we make it easy to turn training into a family routine rather than another item on your to do list. One schedule, one location, one commitment that benefits everyone.

It’s the simplest way to invest in your child’s growth while prioritising your own health and strength.

What Kids Gain From MMA, Boxing, and Jiu Jitsu

Our kids programs focus on building confidence, discipline, respect, and physical ability in a safe and structured environment. Whether your child chooses MMA, boxing, or Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, they develop coordination, resilience, and self belief that carries over into school, sport, and everyday life. The lessons go far beyond the mats and into who they become.

More Than Just Convenience. Train Together.
