Seven programmes, from first-timers to full-contact competitors. Every one starts with a free trial class.
Amateur MMA at CIT is a full curriculum: boxing and kicking, clinch and takedowns, ground control and submissions, then the timing that stitches it together. Sessions are structured, partners are matched, and sparring is controlled.
BJJ teaches you to control an opponent from positions most people panic in. Our programme is built around real-world effectiveness: escapes, control, submissions, and the calm that comes from having been there before.
Our group strength and conditioning classes are programmed for combat sport: explosive power, repeat-effort conditioning, and the unglamorous work that keeps you off the injury list.
Kids MMA is a safe, structured, genuinely fun room. We teach respect, teamwork and self-control alongside punches, kicks and takedowns — and we keep energy levels high enough that nobody notices they are learning.
High School MMA is for teenagers who want to do this properly. The focus at this stage is technique, discipline and consistency — the things that decide who is still improving five years from now.
