What is Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ)?
BJJ is a ground-based martial art and combat sport that focuses on submission grappling techniques. It emphasizes using leverage and proper technique to control and submit opponents, making it ideal for self-defense and sport competitions.

What is Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)?
MMA is a full-contact combat sport that combines techniques from various martial arts disciplines, such as BJJ, boxing, wrestling, Muay Thai, and more. Fighters use both striking and grappling to compete in the cage.
Is there a student discount?
Absolutely! We offer a 20% discount on all our classes for students.

How long are membership contracts?
We offer flexible one-month contracts, billed on a month-to-month basis via debit order for your convenience.
What is the difference between Gi and No-Gi BJJ?
Gi BJJ involves wearing a traditional uniform (gi) while training and allows practitioners to use the gi for grip-based techniques. No-Gi BJJ is practiced without the gi, focusing more on controlling opponents through body and limb control.
Do I need any equipment?
For our Gi BJJ classes, you'll need a Gi. However, for No-Gi classes, just bring water and a positive attitude. We'll provide the necessary MMA or boxing gear for you.
