YOUTH MIXED MARTIAL ARTS PROGRAMMES
Our youth programs at CIT Performance Institute offer tailored martial arts training for different age groups. High School MMA classes cater to teenagers aged 13 to 18, providing a dynamic mix of wrestling, kickboxing, boxing, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. For our younger members aged 4 to 12, Kids MMA classes focus on fundamental martial arts skills, including striking, wrestling, and Jiu-Jitsu, all in a safe and fun environment.
